Who we are
No. XIII Agency, LLC (we, us) is a website and SEO agency in Sacramento, California. Reach us at Hello@no-xiii.com or 916-666-2584.
This site and the free audit
The instant score and the full audit are our read of a site's public pages and Google's measurements on the day they run. They point out what to fix. They are not a promise of rankings, traffic or sales. Please don't run the score tool automatically or in bulk.
The No. XIII console
The console comes with the websites we build and host. Where the written agreement between a business and us says something different from this page (price, what's included, how long), the agreement wins.
- Each login belongs to one person. Keep it to yourself.
- The business decides who gets owner, manager or staff access, and is responsible for what those logins do.
- Changes made in the console go live on the business's website. Check before you publish.
Connected accounts
A business can connect its own Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, and disconnect them at any time. When it does:
- The business is responsible for what it posts and replies. It needs the rights to every photo, video, song and word it publishes.
- Every post has to follow that network's own rules: Meta's Terms and Community Standards, Instagram's Terms of Use, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Google's Terms.
- Posting to TikTok means agreeing to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and to its Branded Content Policy when a post is marked as branded content.
- The networks can change or switch off what they let apps do. When that happens, the matching part of the console may stop working until we update it.

What we don't promise
We keep the console running and fix problems fast, but it is provided as is. We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We aren't responsible for what a network does: an outage, a rejected or removed post, or action taken on an account.
Limits
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data or lost business), and our total responsibility for any claim about this site or the console is limited to what the business paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending access
A business can stop using the console as its agreement with us allows. We can pause a login that is misused or puts other people at risk, and we'll tell the business why.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date below changes when we do, and using the site or console after that means you accept the new version. California law applies, and any dispute goes to the courts in Sacramento County.
